Under my Leadership,

the Secretary-Treasurer’s

Office will be Responsive,

Accountable, Accurate,

For the last 7 years, I have been serving behind the scenes in different capacities to move Local 47 toward proactive change. Now, I’m stepping forward - running for the office of Secretary-Treasurer to ensure that ALL of us have the opportunity to earn a living wage.

“Over the last several years I have had the great pleasure of working with Lydia in a variety of capacities. Most recently she was instrumental (no pun intended!) in coordinating the work of the Strategic Planning Committee. Due to the Strategic Planning Committee’s dedication and efforts our union has an incredible roadmap to follow for many years to come and without Lydia’s involvement in the process we would not have been able to achieve such a successful conclusion. Lydia’s attention to detail, amazing analytical ability and calm and measured approach demonstrates true leadership. Lydia is a shining star in our union and will make an excellent officer!”

Vote Your Choice

This election is not a popularity contest. Each and every office is a JOB that one of our colleagues will be paid to do for us for the next 2 years. The weeks leading up to this election have been our interview process. Your vote decides who will be hired.

I've prepared a short job interview for you to watch before you head to the polls to hire your next Secretary-Treasurer.
